We appreciate your interest in joining us for the Jeep Pet Fest scheduled for August 12, 2023.  We are working to make your weekend as enjoyable and profitable as possible.  

*PLEASE NOTE*

If you are going to need multiple vendor spots, If you need to register a Jeep AND a vendor spot, or if you need to register a Pet, Jeep AND vendor spots, you will need to register for each one separately.  I apologize in advance for the multiple registrations.

Jeep Parade Registration:  

All Jeeps that register for the event should meet at 9am at City Hall. Once the parade starts, it will conclude at the designated location where all Jeeps will then park and be on display during the event. Please make plans for your Jeep to be parked until 2pm.  Jeep Registration is $25

Pet Registration:

Please register your pet online and bring your donation for the North East Georgia Animal Shelter.  Registration is between 10-11AM.  The pageant begins at 11:00.  The Pet Registration Fee is $10. We will be doing Best Dressed, Most Talented, Smallest, and Biggest Dog!

Vendor Space:

Vendor spots will be assigned.  You will receive your location the morning of the event when you arrive.  We will make every effort to fulfill your location needs.  The cost per Vendor spots without electricity is $40.  Vendor spots are 10x10.  If you need a Vendor spot with electricity, the cost is $50.  Electrical requirements are limited to a maximum of 8 amps.  If you use a Vendor spot with electricity, please make sure you have the cords on the ground and they are covered with rugs, tape, etc.  If you need more space than a 10 x 10 spot, please register for multiple spots and we will make sure you are accommodated.  

Food Vendors:  

There is a $40 fee that has to be paid to the Health Department if you are serving food.  The packet will be emailed to you and you can make arrangements for the Health Inspector for you to participate.

Vendor Set Up and Break Down:

Set up begins on Saturday morning at 7:00 am and should be completed by 8:45 am.  Our staff will be available to provide information and directions beginning at 7am.  Following your set up, vehicle traffic will not be allowed in the venue area from 9 am to 2pm.  Please plan on staying in your designated space until the event is over at 2pm.  

Please complete your application and by doing so, you are confirming your vendor spot/participation in the event/contest and following the guidelines set as well as the Hold Harmless Disclosure below.

HOLD HARMLESS:  In return for being allowed to participate in the Jeep Pet Fest Event, I understand and accept sole responsibility for my actions and those of my staff as participants/merchants during the festival.  I hold harmless the Lavonia Chamber of Commerce, its directors, and officers and staff from all claims for liability or negligence whatsoever.  I agree not to sue the chamber, their agents for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during the course of the festival.  Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and paying any applicable sales tax.
