Hello Chamber Members & Vendors!  

We want to welcome you to our 1st Annual Taste of Lavonia event. Our President, Matthew Fowler and our Vice President, Wendy Hayman wanted to bring this event to life for our community, and businesses.  

This event will take place on Saturday, October 14th between 4pm and 8pm.  

Please read the information below:

Vendor Spots are $50.  Each vendor spot is 10 x 10.  If you need multiple spots for your area, please register for multiple spots.  I will make sure they are placed together.  They will have electricity.

Food Vendors:  

Please know that your Health Inspection is covered in your vendor registration cost.  As a food vendor, you will offer samplings of your food and there will be a judging contest for various competitions. Participants will purchase $1.00 tickets from the entrance table and pay for samplings with the tickets.  You can choose how many tickets it will take for your sampling.  As you collect the tickets, you will turn those back into us and we will reimburse you 50% of your ticket sales at the end of the event.  Food Vendor Spots are first come, first served.

Merchandise Vendors:

You can set up your merchandise and sell your products during the event.  You keep 100% of your sales.  Vendor spots are first  come first served.

Employment - Job Fair:

This year we want to offer something for people who may be looking for work, or companies who are looking for employees.  If you want to have a vendor spot to meet individuals who may want to learn more about your company or if you have openings available where you want to meet future potential employees, you can do so. Register for the Job Fair Vendor Spots and you too can be a part of the fun and get leads even take applications for openings on-site.

Table Sponsorships:

During this event, we are offering the ability to partner with our Chamber Members though Table Sponsorship opportunities.  There will be 20 tables with chairs set up for our attendees to be able to sit and enjoy their food.  If you would like to be a table sponsor, it is $50 per table.  There will be "Table Tent Signs" made with your logo and you are allowed to place marketing items at your table perhaps business cards, brochures etc.  It is a great way to market yourself and your business.  If you are interested in being a Table Sponsor, please choose that option and remember, there are only 20 tables available.  First come, first served.
